We are open to new challenges and constantly developing the production plant to meet new tasks, as evidenced by the completed project in 2019:
Euros Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the signed contract for co-financing No. POIR.03.02.02-00-1433 / 18-00 under Sub-measure 3.2.2: "Loan for technological innovations" of the Intelligent Development Operational Program 2014-2020 implemented the project "Implementation of innovative technology for automated production of girders with variable web thickness and width of the outer straps'.
Project goals:
- implementing in the current production process of the company a new technology of automated production of plate girders with variable web thickness and variable width of the external belts, based on the use of innovative solutions in the area of welding and additionally in the area of cutting, arming and painting, which will ensure full straightness of the product (plate girder )
Planned effects:
- implementation of process and product innovation. The process innovation of the implemented technology will be a unique technology for automated production of plate girders with variable web thickness and variable width of external belts. As a result of changes in the manufacturing technology used so far, a product will be created with characteristics and parameters unique on a national scale - i.e. a plate girder with full straightness, more durable (with uniform weld) and variable web thickness and variable width of the external belts, individually adapted to the given steel structure .
